1. Shipping Coverage
We currently only ship within Malaysia. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time. All deliveries must be to a valid Malaysian address.
2. Shipping Fees
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or delivery location within Malaysia. There are no hidden handling fees or surcharges.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Orders will be processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Once processed, delivery will be completed within 7 business days.
Please note that:
- Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and external circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, logistics provider delays).

5. Delivery Method
All deliveries are carried out by trusted local courier partners. A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery, a re-attempt may be scheduled by the courier, or you may be contacted for further instructions.

If you experience any problems with your delivery, including delays or lost packages:

- We will liaise with the courier to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
7. Incorrect Delivery Information
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We will not be held liable for any delays or delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
