1. Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, unassembled (if applicable), and in the original packaging.
- You must provide a proof of purchase, such as your receipt or order confirmation.

Please include your Order Number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos if the product was damaged or defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes orders may need to be cancelled shortly after purchase. We allow cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. To cancel an order:
- Contact us immediately at cubicle_creations@outlook.com with your Order Number and a written request for cancellation.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped or fulfilled.
If your cancellation request is received within the 12-hour window and the item has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Provide detailed photos of the item and packaging to help us assess the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund upon verification of the issue. Please note that delays in reporting may affect our ability to resolve the matter efficiently.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team. If your return is approved:
- A notification email will be sent to confirm the refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return for the item you no longer want and place a new order for the desired item.
